Die Unterschiede, Missverst\u00e4ndnisse, Vorteile und Nachteile der einzelnen Methoden werden im Folgenden beschrieben.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Gerollte Gewinde<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Beim Rollgewindeschneiden wird Stahl extrudiert, um den Gewindeabschnitt eines Befestigungselements zu bilden, anstatt ihn wie beim Gewindeschneiden zu entfernen. Bei diesem Verfahren wird eine Schraube aus einem Rundstab mit reduziertem Durchmesser hergestellt. Beispielsweise wird eine Schraube mit 1 Zoll Durchmesser aus einem Rundstab mit 0,912 Zoll Durchmesser hergestellt. Dieser \u201eTeildurchmesser\u201c des Materials liegt ungef\u00e4hr in der Mitte zwischen dem Au\u00dfendurchmesser (Spitzen) und dem Innendurchmesser (T\u00e4ler) des Gewindes. Die Schraube wird durch eine Reihe von Gewindeschneideisen \u201egerollt\u201c, die den Stahl verdr\u00e4ngen und das Gewinde formen. Das Endergebnis ist ein Befestigungselement mit einem vollen Gewindeabschnitt mit 1 Zoll Durchmesser, aber einem reduzierten K\u00f6rperdurchmesser (0,912).
